Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed the same day they are placed through our website, except if placed on holidays or weekends. In these cases, they will be processed the next business day.
We guarantee the delivery of your order; however, promotions and special offers may experience delays due to high demand.

 

Shipping Times

Once your order is verified, it is processed and shipped within 1 to 6 business days.
Products leave our facilities between 1 and 6 days after placing the order.
We ship to all of Panama via mail, offering excellent service nationwide.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours, depending on product demand.
In periods of high demand (Black Friday, Black Monday, Christmas, etc.) or for logistical reasons, shipping may take 4 to 7 days.
If the product does not arrive within 7 days, you may request a refund for a lost/unshipped order.

Shipping Security

All our shipments are insured. We will send the shipping invoice by email, which makes it easier for you to deliver your order.
Important considerations

If the customer does not provide the correct address and does not notify us within minutes of placing the order (before the shipment is processed), there will be no option for a refund. A second shipment of the package will be at the customer's expense.
If the customer cannot be contacted upon delivery, a notification will be left. If the package is not picked up within X days, it will be returned to the factory, with no option for a refund.
It is not possible to change the delivery address once the shipment has been processed and delivered to the shipping company. The customer will be responsible for the loss of the package if he has not provided the correct address or if he has changed residence.
